Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. flaxseeds

  • 6 Tbsp. water

  • 1 can can black beans

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 4 scoops chocolate Life Time Vegan Protein Powder

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 6 pitted Medijool dates

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Add flaxseeds to water and let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Combine all ingredients in the base of a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into 8×8 baking dish and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until cooked through (outer edge will be firm).
