Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 serving vanilla or chocolate Life Time Fitness Vegan Protein

  • 1/2 cup raspberries

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together and pour into a Ball jar (or other covered glass container) and let sit in the refrigerator for 4 hours (or overnight).
  • Mix and add desired toppings, such as 1/2 cup of strawberries or raspberries.
  • Top with berries.
