Ingredients

  • 7 oz 7oz can full-fat coconut milk, unsweetened

  • 3 capsules Life Time Multi Pro 30B Probiotic, opened

Directions

  • Pour room temperature coconut milk into a sterilized glass Ball jar and add in three capsules of Life Time Fitness Multi Pro 30B.
  • Cover with cheesecloth and use a rubber band to secure.
  • Place Ball jar on a shelf in your kitchen cabinet with a stable temperature.
  • Leave in the cabinet for 24 hours or 48 hours for a thicker consistency.
  • Place in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.
