Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole flax seeds

  • 2 Tbsp. ground flax

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt

  • olive oil spray

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and let sit for 15 minutes.
  • Spritz a baking sheet with olive oil spray and pat flax mixture into pan in an even layer
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until browned and crispy
  • Let cool and cut into squares
