Ingredients

  • 4 cups kale, pulled from stem

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp. Sea salt

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and massage oil & seasonings into kale leaves to coat evenly.
  • Spread out kale leaves on baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 300 degrees or until crisp.
