Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds

  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 serving chocolate Life Time Vegan Protein

  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper powder (optional)

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and pour into 2 glass Ball jars.
  • Let sit overnight (or 4 hours) in the refrigerator.
  • Add desired toppings such as fruit, nuts, nut butter, etc.
