Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey

  • 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning

  • 6 cups chopped romaine

  • 1 cup salsa, no/low sugar

  • 1 avocado

Directions

  • In a medium pan, saute ground turkey over medium heat until cooked through, about 7-8 minutes. Add taco seasoning and mix well.
  • Chop lettuce leaves into long strips and add to a bowl. Top with ground turkey, salsa and avocado and enjoy!
